This is a place where you
can come to ask questions about our products from both
Bitter Creek in WI and
Bitter Creek South in TX. Feel
free to share scent descriptions or reviews on your favorite BC scents, tips
and ideas on using our products, or ask questions about our products,
marketing and packaging ideas, etc! Meet our customers & employees and make
some new friends! We will also post occasional company announcements and
updates!
We have changed over to a
membership board format on 12/31/06, so you must
register before using the board.
The benefits are that you can now log in once and the board will
automatically fill in your name and signature when you post. You can
also use an avatar to express your personality, fill out your profile so
fellow members can get to know you better, and you can choose to hide
your email from the public so there are no worries about privacy or
spam. BC board members will also be privy to occasional contests and
unadvertised specials for members only! So please
register and join our community!

1. For questions on what items we sell, please look on our
websites, they are an online
catalog. For questions on what other companies carry or where to find
items we do not carry, please use a search engine like Yahoo or Google.
Please do not ask for other supply sources or their website addresses here. Posts asking where to find or buy
products will be deleted without notice.
2. No advertising of any kind allowed. We ask that you
refrain from discussing or promoting other supply companies and their
products here as this is our company's message board. The purpose of
this board is to discuss Bitter Creek products.
Likewise, photos posted in our BC Product Showcase should be of products
you've made with BC supplies only, as the purpose of the showcase is to
show what you can make with our products. We thank you for
understanding this request and will appreciate your courtesy.
3. You may list your candle
or soap company names & websites in your signature file and profile (no
supplier sites or any other type of sites, only candle/soap crafters).
Avatars may be photos, graphics or your company logo. Signature lines may
not be used to promote any services, message boards, yahoo groups
or any unrelated sites, or any religious or political affiliations.
Website addresses or banners for sites that sell candles, soap, bath & body (products made by you, no
resellers or sales reps) are allowed. We encourage our customers to
support each other and buy finished products from each other, but we ask
that any business transactions please be done privately and not on the
board.
4. For BC order problems, stock status,
returns, etc (all customer service issues) please contact the
appropriate office!
The staff members cannot always check the board and may miss your post, so
please contact them directly.

5. Please remember this board is a
part of our business, so please be polite, tactful and respectful when
posting to others. Any negative or inappropriate posts will be removed
without notice or explanation. If you have a question about a

(do not post on the board about
it). We reserve the right to edit, delete or move posts when necessary.
